Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, email support@cloththeoryhome.shop as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it enters processing. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days.
Order Changes
If you need to change a shipping address or order information, contact us immediately at support@cloththeoryhome.shop.
Address changes and other order changes can only be made before an order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address, product selection, or shipping method.
If an order has already shipped, please follow the Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
