Shipping Area
CLOTH THEORY currently ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within our shipping area. No standard shipping fee will be added at checkout for qualifying destinations.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time on business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is authorized. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes an additional 5-8 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 6-11 business days, including processing and transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incomplete delivery information, or other events outside our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting an order. If an address change is needed, contact us as soon as possible at support@cloththeoryhome.shop. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered but cannot be located, contact us at support@cloththeoryhome.shop. We will review the order details and work with the carrier where appropriate.
